This course is a semi-structured course using the coverdale training model by an interdisciplinary faculty team

Objectives

On completion of training, the participants will be able

	to develop team spirit for performing any task in general and irrigation management in particular
	to get things done effectively in cooperation with other members of the team
	to contribute for the formation of an effective team
	to identify and use the skills of other people
	to develop skills in applying A.S.A technique in performing tasks
