On completion of training, the participants will be able

	to explain an irrigation system including On-farm works and water regulation methods at all levels.
	to develop skills in measuring rainfall, water flow and recording the same.
	to explain the soil types, agricultural practices, crop seasons, critical stages and water requirements for different crops and the need for timely irrigation.
	to indicate their duties and responsibilities.
	to change their attitude and make them understand farmers and develop skills on conflict resolution & effective communication
